That’s not how a recruitment agent should work!

I’ve worked in recruitment for a long time, and over the years I have learned to look for attributes and skills in candidates and am now confident that I can take a clear brief and find really good quality candidates whose skills are relevant to the role, and more importantly, to your company culture.

There is no point in trying to place candidates who will be out of their depth or like a fish out of water – so working with me allows you to filter out those people who clearly aren’t going to fit. I always have a good list of potential candidates and people who may be looking to move for the right opportunity so it’s always worth getting in touch.

This helps to make your selection process easier and faster and it prevents you from interviewing candidates who aren’t suitable.
